Paragraph alignments
Arrangement in a strait line or in correct relative positions. Paragraph text alignments are classified into four types.

Left alignment paragraph
Paragraph text is aligned along with left margin is called left alignment paragraph.

Right alignment paragraph
Paragraph text is aligned along with right margin is called right alignment paragraph.

Center alignment paragraph
Paragraph text is aligned along with center margin is called center alignment paragraph.

Justified alignment alignment paragraph
Paragraph text is aligned along with justified or left and right margins is called justified alignment paragraph.

Typeface 
In typography, a typeface(also known as font family) is a set of one or more fonts each composed of glyph that share common design feature. Each font of a typeface has a specific weight, style, width and italicization.

By using columns in word to split the text into two or more column or grids and also used for add the columns. It is also useful for to adjust the width and spacing of the columns.

Page margins
In topography, a margin is the area between the main content of a page and the page edges.

Mail merge
Mail merge is a useful tool that allows you to  produce multiple letters, labels, envelopes, name tags, and more using information stored in a list, database, or spreadsheet.

Step 1 
Create wishes letter

Step 2 
Go to send recipients and select type new list in pop-up menu

Step 3
Then opened new add list, to click customize columns button

Step 4 
Then opened the customize column list, to delete unnecessary default columns and add the required columns

Step 5
To add details in columns (Four details are added)

Step 6
Click insert merge field then open columns and arrange with correct column fields in letter

Step 7  
Go to finish and merge, to click edit individual documents button in pop-up menu

Then open the four letters
